I have to say, this hotel really surprised me with the service. The staff was waiting for us to check in, even though it was pretty late in the evening. They were so helpful, arranging a tuktuk drive for us to the airport very early in the morning. However, I did feel a bit ripped off for a tuk tuk to the airport, even though the staff was nice enough to say they wouldn't charge me for the ride in the end. The rooms were straightforward neat and clean, which I appreciated, though it was very hot when we arrived. The location was good for being close to the airport, yet a bit off the main roads, so it was calm and quiet. The dining experience was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I had during my time in Sri Lanka, with beautifully prepared dishes that tasted as good as they looked.
